The Tipsy Cucumber

A crisp and cool cocktail with light botanical notes

You’ll need

  • 2-3 ounces of fresh cucumber juice
  • 1 ounce of vodka
  • Top up of of { Lavender Cucumber }
  • 1/4 ounces of lemon juice 
  • 1/4 ounces of simple syrup
  • Lemon or cucumber peel 
  • Ice

 

 

Instructions

In a shaker, combine your cucumber juice, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake and strain into a fancy glass. Top up with Lavender Cucumber. Plop a lemon or cucumber peel on top and voila! Cool as a cucumber.
