Grapefruit Fizz
Say hello to spring with a cocktail that's equal parts floral and tart
You need

1 1/2 ounces gin (optional)

1 1/2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

1 heaping tablespoon strawberry or orange marmalade

3-4 ounces Aura Bora’s { Elderflower Grapefruit }
- Rosemary to garnish
- Grapefruit wheel to garnish

Instructions
In a cocktail tin, add ice, grapefruit juice, jam, and gin if you're using it. Shake it like it owes ya money, strain, and pour into your favorite glass. Top her off with some Elderflower Grapefruit. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit wheel if you're feeling fancy.
